Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at info@sunisok.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a shipping label, instructions, and the return address. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will refund this expense as store credit. We will always try to find the best solution for you.

Packaging Instructions:
When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packed in its original packaging or in packaging that adequately protects it during transit. This helps us process your return quickly and avoid any damage during shipping.

Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to inspect and process the item. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of processing. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
